About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Delivery Manager to join our team at Indegene. As a Content Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for delivering commercial marketing assets to our clients, including websites, banner ads, emails, print collateral, and social media assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with clients and internal production teams to deliver marketing assets on time and within budget.
  • Act as a primary point-of-contact throughout the production lifecycle, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support relevant stakeholders with regular status updates, including production milestones, risk management, and resolution.
  • Work closely with key clients to deliver assets and product launches, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.
  • Understand and maintain knowledge of brand and business objectives to align marketing programs with Brand goals.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with peers and leaders, ensuring successful client partnerships.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Content Delivery Manager with a strong background in account management or related experience. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in account management or related field.
  • Participation in key client meetings, including status meetings and presentations.
  • Strong relationship management, organizational, and management skills.
  • Ability to manage clients closely and escalate internal and/or client concerns when necessary.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for growth and incremental opportunities with client partners.
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including Creative and Technical Delivery teams.
