About the Role

Bombardier Transportation GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of human resources programs and processes, ensuring a value-added human resources contribution to meet the strategic and operational objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Delivery of HR Programs and Processes
    • Collaborate with employees and managers to design, develop, and implement strategic and tactical solutions to meet business objectives.
    • Coach and support managers in areas such as relations with employees and the union, workforce planning, recruitment, compensation, organizational development, performance management, and change management.
  • Apply and Interpret Labour Laws and Collective Agreements
    • Participate in grievance and conflict resolution, and improve organizational climate.
    • Coach, advise, and collaborate with managers to help them achieve their goals and those related to human capital development.
  • Manage Daily HR Transactions
    • Ensure the implementation of alignments and philosophy of Labour Relations of Bombardier.
    • Manage and perform daily HR transactions.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources or industrial relations.
    • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in HR in a unionized manufacturing environment.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong labour relations foundation.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both official languages.
    • Ability to influence management and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
    • High level of customer focus and autonomy.
    • Good knowledge of MS Office.
