Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Bombardier Transportation GmbH. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of human resources programs and processes, including performance management, compensation, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with employees and managers to ensure a value-added human resources contribution to meet strategic and operational objectives.
  • Design, develop, and implement strategic and tactical solutions to support the delivery of human resources programs and processes.
  • Coach and support managers in labour relations, workforce planning, recruitment, compensation, organizational development, performance management, and change management.
  • Apply and interpret collective agreements and labour laws, participate in grievance and conflict resolution, and improve organizational climate.
  • Coach, advise, and collaborate with managers to help them achieve their goals and those related to human capital development.
  • Ensure the implementation of alignments and philosophy of Labour Relations at Bombardier.
  • Manage and perform daily HR transactions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or industrial relations.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in HR in a unionized manufacturing environment.
  • Strong labour relations foundation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in both official languages.
  • Ability to influence management and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • High level of customer focus and autonomy.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite.
