Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Western Restaurant Franchises Inc O/A A & W Restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
    • Ensure that all equipment and utensils are clean and sanitized at all times.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
    • Ensure that all customer interactions are positive and respectful.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve our goals and objectives.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service or customer service role is preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a physically demanding environment.

    • Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
    • Physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
