Job Title: Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team at R. N. Apex Solutions Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including calculating and preparing cheques, preparing statements of earnings, and storing, updating, and retrieving financial data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, prepare statements of earnings for employees, and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements.
  • Financial Data Management: Store, update, and retrieve financial data, and maintain payroll records.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing systems, and prepare and balance period-end reports.
  • Benefits Administration: Complete and submit documentation for administration of benefits, such as pension plans, leaves, share savings, employment, and medical insurance.
  • Employee Communication: Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans.
  • Reporting and Statistics: Compile statistics and reports, and maintain records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Quick Books, Human resources software.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, Organized, Reliability.

English.
