Accounting Clerk

At RG CPA PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and calculating fixed assets and depreciation. You will also be responsible for keeping financial records, establishing and maintaining various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, and preparing other statistical, financial, and accounting reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing tax returns and preparing trial balance of books.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate financial records
* Prepare cheques for payroll
* Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
* Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
* Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
* Prepare tax returns
* Prepare trial balance of books

Requirements:

* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
* College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
* MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Quick Books skills
* Health benefits, including dental plan and health care plan
