Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Booster Juice. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise a team of 3-4 food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
    • Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Food Safety and Quality
    • Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and safety.
    • Train staff on food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and a positive dining experience.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer feedback, and staff performance.
    • Maintain accurate records of staff hours, sales, and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
    • Client-focused and team-oriented.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 30-40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
