Position: Production Equipment Operator

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage and operate production and packaging machinery
  • Assist in the handling and packaging of raw materials
  • Prepare and organize finished products for distribution
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance plant operations

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food or dairy production is advantageous
  • Valid forklift certification is mandatory
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed
  • Proficiency in computer systems; familiarity with SAP is a plus
