Exciting Opportunity at DPC Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P.
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operator, Production. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain production equipment to meet quality and productivity standards
- Assist in receiving and packaging raw materials, and preparing finished goods for shipping
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth plant operations and maintain a safe working environment
- Monitor and control production processes to meet quality and safety standards
- Participate in quality control and assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Experience in dairy or food manufacturing, preferably in a production or quality assurance role
- Forklift license and basic computer skills required
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Leadership qualities and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Flexible availability for shifts and overtime, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
