**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Connect Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will design and configure Amazon Connect solutions to meet business requirements, including omnichannel contact flows, routing and queues, prompts, user management, and more.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and configure Amazon Connect solutions to meet business requirements, including omnichannel contact flows, routing and queues, prompts, user management, and more.
  • Configure Contact Centre solutions in Amazon Dynamo DB.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot the solution using tools such as AWS Cloudwatch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Amazon Connect through the development and maintenance of AWS Lambda.
  • Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to optimize the performance of Amazon Connect solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon Connect features and functionalities to continuously improve solutions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to contact centre operations teams and end users.
  • Additional experience with Amazon S3, Amazon LEX, AWS Glue, and AWS IAM services would be a benefit.
  • Prior Contact Center experience with Genesys development is highly desired.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience with Amazon S3, Amazon LEX, AWS Glue, and AWS IAM services.
  • Prior Contact Center experience with Genesys development.
