About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Support Specialist to join our team at Monsson Transportation Ltd. as a Technical Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Technical Support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity.
  • Research and Implement Solutions by consulting user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to resolve technical issues.
  • Offer Training and Advice to users in response to identified difficulties, ensuring they have the necessary skills to use our systems effectively.
  • Manage Incidents and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Provide Business Systems Support to users, including network and internet support, to ensure seamless operation of our systems.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
