Job Title: Information Technology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at Supreme Security. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, and implementing security measures to protect our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect against cyber threats
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities
  • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues and improve system performance
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in IT or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
