Job Title: Information Technology Specialist

At Monsson Transportation Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, resolving issues with computer systems, and implementing solutions to improve our technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

* Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance to resolve issues with computer systems
* Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
* Provide training and advice to users on how to use computer systems effectively
* Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
* Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users
* Manage incidents and ensure timely resolution

Requirements:

* Education: College/CEGEP
* Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
* Work Language: English
* Hours: 35 hours per week
