Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for a wide range of IT issues, including operating systems, network protocols, and application packages.
  • Assist with incident management, problem resolution, and change management processes.
  • Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals, and network devices.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve IT processes and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall IT service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the highest level of technical expertise.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure deployment.
  • A+ and Network+ certifications required. Cisco, Microsoft, and IT frameworks certifications are an asset.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience administering systems support for remote sites is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, SMTP).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows 10, server 2012, 2019.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 application products and cloud apps.
  • Advanced understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, organized with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Working Conditions

This position is office-based and works at our Calgary corporate office. Travel to project sites is required.
