Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) is a key member of our retail team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores. As a results-oriented leader, you will provide support to the Store Manager and play a crucial role in the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Create unforgettable shopping moments that exceed customer expectations by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
- Sales and Operations: Drive sales growth by building a genuine connection with customers, and work alongside the team to achieve commercial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Team Leadership: Coach and inspire the sales team, fostering accountability for individual and store performance, and build your network to bring the best talent into Pandora.
- Merchandising and Retail Operations: Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand operation.
- Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and leading teams to success.
- Time Management: Master of time management, with the ability to set and adjust priorities, delegate tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems.
- Availability: Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a robust compensation package including base + bonuses and RRSP program.
