Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager will be a key member of our sales team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Experience: Provide outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their needs are met.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets, identifying opportunities to increase sales and implementing strategies to achieve results.
- Team Leadership: Coach and develop the sales team, providing guidance and feedback to ensure they are equipped to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in maintaining a high-performing store, ensuring all operational aspects are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Merchandising and Visuals: Work with the Store Manager to maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring merchandise is displayed effectively and meeting sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the Store Manager, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of delivering sales growth and developing high-performing teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point of sale systems.
- Availability: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
