About the Role:

The Assistant Store Manager will be a key member of our sales team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Experience: Provide outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their needs are met.
  2. Sales Performance: Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets, identifying opportunities to increase sales and implementing strategies to achieve results.
  3. Team Leadership: Coach and develop the sales team, providing guidance and feedback to ensure they are equipped to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  4. Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in maintaining a high-performing store, ensuring all operational aspects are running smoothly and efficiently.
  5. Merchandising and Visuals: Work with the Store Manager to maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring merchandise is displayed effectively and meeting sales targets.
  6. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  7. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the Store Manager, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  1. Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of delivering sales growth and developing high-performing teams.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  3. Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  4. Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point of sale systems.
  6. Availability: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
