Role Overview:
The Lead Technical Consultant is responsible for ensuring the availability, stability, integrity, and efficient operation of intricate technologies deployed across various technical platforms and environments within the organization. Focusing on a specialized area of expertise, the incumbent will guarantee that technical services in that domain are delivered to clients, addressing both current and future business requirements while meeting established service levels for performance and availability. Responsibilities include research, design, implementation support, complex incident resolution, project consulting, and ongoing maintenance. This senior role also provides mentorship to junior technical analysts.
Technologies You Will Work With:
- Experience with SharePoint, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, OneDrive, PowerShell, and the Office 365 suite.
- Familiarity with Teams Premium, Active Directory, Power BI, MS Graph, APIs, and Service Now is advantageous.
Your Impact:
- Conduct research and design technology solutions based on requirements, formulating proposals that offer alternatives and recommendations to meet client needs, collaborating with peers to develop optimal design topologies and configurations.
- Coordinate with other teams and external partners to ensure successful implementation of system software and hardware solutions, addressing issues in both testing and production environments.
- Manage complex technical incidents and problem resolution across various production and testing environments through research, investigation, and diagnostic recommendations.
- Establish operational processes and procedures to monitor and control diverse production and testing environments.
- Provide technical leadership and consultation to internal stakeholders and external partners on complex projects as the primary representative of a specific technology domain.
- Identify emerging technological trends and offer strategic recommendations to management.
- Deliver training and mentorship to peers and clients as necessary, ensuring team members are informed of existing or new processes.
- Engage in change management processes to ensure clients are aware of system changes and that IT change procedures are adhered to for approving and implementing modifications.

- Experience in a complex technical environment with an understanding of operational processes such as incident and change management, including ITIL and LEAN methodologies.
- Proficiency in creating and enhancing PowerShell scripts to automate tasks while adhering to security protocols.
