As a Commercial Underwriter, your expertise will be essential in evaluating transactional details, performing title examinations, identifying underwriting issues, and issuing insurance policies. Your solid foundation in real estate law and familiarity with property transactions will be crucial for your effectiveness in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process title insurance requests efficiently
  • Conduct thorough title and off-title investigations
  • Analyze and review relevant documentation
  • Underwrite and draft insurance policies
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and nurture client relationships

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a real estate law clerk
  • Exceptional analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in title insurance is advantageous
