Strategic Sourcing Manager

Your Role:
As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Director of Procurement, collaborating with a driven group that prioritizes mutual support to surpass collective goals.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A degree in Commerce, Engineering, or a related field in supply chain management;
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, including direct involvement with pulp and paper operations and ERP system transformations;
- Proficiency in procurement and inventory management, ideally within an SAP framework;
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a managerial role in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably within the pulp and paper or process industries;
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal capabilities;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both official languages;
- Proven ability to meet and exceed performance expectations while delivering high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines;
- Self-assured, highly motivated, and an effective communicator;
- Capacity to thrive under pressure, work collaboratively, and engage with all organizational levels;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Proficient in computer systems with a keen interest in technology.
