About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • People Strategy: Develop and implement human resources strategies that support the growth and evolution of our business while managing risk.
  • Human Resources Metrics, Reporting, and Financial Management: Ensure compliance with human resource management and provincial compensation laws, standards, and rules.
  • Restaurant Profitability: Support market profitability through audit, analysis, and coaching.
  • Workforce Planning, Staffing, and Talent Management: Source, select, hire, onboard, and develop people to address competency needs and retain qualified talent.
  • Gold Standard Launch: Support market launches with a focus on perfect execution to drive continuous improvement and growth in business results.
