Store Client Services Supervisor

Position Overview:
As the Client Services Manager for our retail locations, you will oversee all service offerings, workshops, and events within a designated Sephora store. Your role will encompass all service-related functions, including the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio, as well as educational classes held in-store.
- Management of Beauty Studio: Supervise daily operations at the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio. Ensure that the Studio Coordinator is well-trained to effectively lead the Studio and drive service excellence on a daily basis.
- Innovation Integration: Ensure that Beauty Advisors utilize our technological advancements in services while assisting clients to enhance their in-store experience.
- Client Engagement: Oversee the Online Reservation system, including the scheduling of Beauty Advisors and classes. Maintain adequate staffing levels to support increased service demands while ensuring an efficient client check-in process.
- Event Coordination: Lead all in-store events in collaboration with the services team. Ensure that events are well-planned and staffed to maximize client engagement and sales opportunities.
- Training and Development: Manage the training and certification processes for Beauty Advisors. Provide opportunities for skill enhancement and artistry development whenever possible.
- Performance Management: Participate in performance management discussions related to the Beauty Studio and direct reports. Ensure timely feedback is provided for continuous improvement.
- Client-Centric Approach: Regularly serve as Manager on Duty within the store. Engage actively with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.
Qualifications:
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a comparable retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels effectively.
- Proven track record of building teams by attracting and developing talented leaders who can train and inspire staff to drive sales and deliver exceptional client service.

The compensation for this role ranges from CAD$54,800 to $68,000. The final salary will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's qualifications and experience, as well as other legitimate business considerations.
