About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Ustaad G 76 Maple Ridge. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for planning and preparing high-quality meals for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our culinary vision.
  • Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and manage inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources.

  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, physically demanding, team player, time management.
