About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Anytime Protection Services Inc. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Security Team: Lead and manage a team of security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to handle emergency situations and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Performance: Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Develop and Implement Security Protocols: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement security protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage Security Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the security team, including scheduling, training, and equipment maintenance.
  • Communicate with Clients and Stakeholders: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve security operations and protocols.
Requirements
  • Security Guard License: Possess a valid security guard license and be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Experience and Education: Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, with a diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., security management, law enforcement, or a related field).
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with regular standing, walking, and lifting (up to 25 pounds).
