Key Responsibilities

Position: | Part-Time Mobile Supervisor

Site: | Various Locations

Hours: | Saturday & Sunday

Compensation: | $17.00/hr

As a Mobile Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting investigations and preparing incident reports
  • Performing routine site check-ins
  • Responding to alarm calls
  • Executing site and perimeter patrols
  • Delivering outstanding customer service
  • Providing coverage for other sites as needed
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and adaptable environment while maintaining professionalism
  • Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to remain composed and effective during emergencies
  • Capability to comprehend and adhere to specific guidelines and protocols
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Proficient in addressing and removing unauthorized or suspicious individuals from properties
  • Accurate documentation of incidents during shifts
  • Exemplary punctuality, reliability, tact, and diplomacy
  • Monitoring and maintaining the Mobile vehicle during shifts, reporting any necessary repairs

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in security required
  • Preferred 1 year of supervisory experience in security
  • Familiarity with the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License
  • Must possess a valid G Class Driver's License and maintain a clean driving record
  • Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C certification (from a WSIB-approved provider)
  • Proof of (minimum) double COVID vaccination required
