Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Team Lead to join our team at Caliph Digital Ltd. as a key member of our IT department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and software.
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions to technical issues.
  • Offer advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, ensuring they have the necessary skills to use our systems effectively.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software to improve user experience and efficiency.
  • Supervise and lead a team of technical support workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their responsibilities.
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
  • Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations to ensure business continuity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to user inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage incidents and ensure that all technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Computer and technology knowledge, with expertise in Linux, HTML editing software, Salesforce, JavaScript, and MS Office.
  • Experience with PHP and other programming languages is an asset.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and lead a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
