Job Title: Technical Support Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Supervisor to join our team at Caliph Digital Ltd. as a key member of our technical support group.

Job Summary

The Technical Support Supervisor will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, resolving complex technical issues, and supervising a team of technical support analysts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in a technical support role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve complex technical issues and escalate to senior technical support analysts as needed
  • Supervise a team of technical support analysts, providing guidance and coaching as needed
  • Develop and implement technical support processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Linux, HTML editing software, Salesforce, JavaScript, MS Office, and PHP
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
