Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Vice President of Corporate Partnerships and Strategic Alliances. This key leadership role will be responsible for driving revenue growth and amplifying our impact through strategic corporate collaborations and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Corporate Partnership Development: Identify and secure new high-value corporate sponsorships that align with WCT's mission and strategic goals, leveraging corporate resources, expertise, and networks to advance the organization's objectives.
- Strategic Alliances and Initiatives: Lead the development and execution of strategic partnership alliances that enhance organizational impact and drive innovation, cultivating strong relationships with key players in the women's equity and DEI ecosystem.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate stakeholder prospects, including executives, decision-makers, and influencers, fostering a culture of collaboration and partnership within the organization and with external stakeholders.
- Leadership and Team Development: Lead and mentor a small team responsible for marketing, partnerships, and strategic initiatives, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their performance and growth.
- Reporting and Communication: Develop and present regular reports on partnership activities, strategic initiatives, and impact to the Board of Directors and senior leadership, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to share successes, challenges, and opportunities.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in cultivating high-value corporate partnerships/sponsorships, business development, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders, experience in leading and managing teams, and a high level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to the organization's mission and values.

- Competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 FTE annually, commensurate with experience.

- 15 days paid vacation and additional paid time off between December 25 and December 31.
- Eligibility for 0.5FTE part-time or job-sharing arrangements for the right candidate.
