About the Role

Maplesoft Group is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating our Agile teams and ensuring the successful adoption of Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Agile Teams: Create a positive working environment that encourages teams to self-organize and raise performance.
  • Agile Coaching: Promote and support the use of Agile ways of working, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Team Coaching: Coach the team on Scrum, Kanban, and Agile theory, practices, rules, and values.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a servant-leader for the Team by advising stakeholders on interacting effectively with an Agile team.
  • Product Backlog Management: Coach techniques for effective Product Backlog management.
  • Product Planning: Help the Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items.
  • Empirical Environment: Understand product planning in an empirical environment.
  • High-Value Products: Help the Team create high-value products.
  • Safe Environment: Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
