Fashion Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Fashion Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining a visually appealing sales floor.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide personalized service to customers, answering questions, and making recommendations to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
- Sales Floor Management: Maintain a visually appealing sales floor, ensuring that all visual standards are met and that the store is well-organized and easy to navigate.
- Register Operations: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments, and operating the cash register.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
- Previous Sales Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Availability: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
