About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Roots. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in promoting our brand values and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported in their shopping experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including product presentation, replenishment, and visual displays.
  • Operations: Perform point of sale transactions, process returns and exchanges, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, support store events, and maintain a positive store culture.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous retail experience, preferably in apparel, with a focus on customer service and sales.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of retail operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
