About the Role

H&M Group is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive sales and profit growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized product recommendations and exceptional customer service.
  • Support the maintenance of a visually appealing and organized sales floor, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer returns and exchanges in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by maintaining a thorough knowledge of products, promotions, and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to H&M Group's policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring a safe and secure working environment for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods, with a flexible approach to working hours and schedules.
