Retail Sales Associate

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Winners/Homesense. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, answer questions about merchandise, and provide information on promotions and store policies.
- Merchandise Management: Process daily shipments, organize and set up the warehouse area, and ensure all merchandise is received and processed according to company standards.
- Point of Sale: Process refunds, exchanges, and purchases in accordance with company guidelines, and maintain a high level of customer service during these interactions.
- Fitting Room Support: Ensure the fitting room area is clean, organized, and well-stocked, and assist customers with inquiries and needs.
Requirements:
- Education: High school education or equivalent work experience.
- Skills: Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment.
