Position Overview

Are you enthusiastic about the latest fashion trends? Do you thrive in a leadership role? If so, this position may be the perfect fit for you.

As a Team Lead, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to foster a team-oriented environment that promotes inclusivity and positive relationships. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving store performance, focusing on achieving sales and profitability targets, as well as overseeing recruitment, performance management, training, and development. Your adaptability to various challenges, tasks, and schedules will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the store meets company objectives and key performance indicators. Provide effective leadership by balancing company policies, procedures, loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling. Execute merchandising strategies while maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store atmosphere that encourages customer engagement. Mentor and coach team members, providing immediate feedback. Maintain open communication with the Store Manager and District Manager.

Qualifications:

What You Bring:

A minimum of 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment. Proven ability to mobilize a team towards shared objectives. High School diploma or GED equivalent. Capacity to multitask in a fast-paced setting while prioritizing exceptional customer service. Availability to work evenings and weekends. Must be at least 16 years of age.
