Senior Executive Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Leader to join our team at Sabterra Holdings Ltd. as a General Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and strategic alignment.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a strong reputation and building strategic partnerships.
- Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions, promoting a culture of innovation and growth.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring the organization's financial stability and operational efficiency.
- Team Size: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success and growth.
- Staff Areas: Manage staff in various areas of responsibility, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability, flexibility, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Physical Demands: Work under pressure, managing tight deadlines and maintaining attention to detail, while handling a large workload.
- Accuracy and Efficiency: Demonstrate accurate and efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, and strong judgement.
- Organizational Skills: Possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of success in organizational development and strategic leadership.
- Language: Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as required.
