About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Leader to join our team at Sabterra Holdings Ltd. as a General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and strategic alignment.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a strong reputation and building strategic partnerships.
  • Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions, promoting a culture of innovation and growth.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring the organization's financial stability and operational efficiency.
Supervision and Work Environment
  • Team Size: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success and growth.
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and a large workload, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
Personal Qualities and Experience
  • Personal Qualities: Possess accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, and strong judgement, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Experience: Have at least 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in organizational development, strategic planning, and leadership.
Language and Working Hours
