About the Role:

  • This is a senior-level position that requires expertise in SAP CRM support packs installation, specifically for the SAP CRM support packs SP 14 to SP19 or SP20.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze changes included in the support packs and have previous experience in the installation process.
  • Run standard SAP transactions to identify changes and have knowledge of implementing OSS notes.
  • Create incidents on the SAP customer support page.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in SAP CRM support packs installation.
  • Knowledge of Web Dynpro ABAP and BSP is a plus.
