We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Cosentino. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing our products as the first choice of interior design firms and independent interior designers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement sales plans to penetrate interior design firms and gain specifications and sales of our products.
  • Develop new project opportunities through personal sales efforts and professional relationships with designers.
  • Represent and promote Cosentino's brand and products to the interior design community through various channels.
  • Gather and share market intelligence information to stay up-to-date on trends and materials.
  • Maintain accurate relationship, product placement, and project details in our project management database.
  • Report daily activity and monitor customer databases through CRM software.
  • Manage sales budgets and ensure timely management and communication across all parties to ensure successful sales implementation.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant interior design industry sales experience.
  • Solid technical, design-oriented solutions and a proven track record developing B2B sales activities.
  • Knowledge of sales, business, social selling, email marketing, CRM, digital leads, content design, digital branding, database management, metrics, and storytelling.
  • Background in Interior Design or Decoration.
