Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at East Tea Can Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management
- Develop and implement efficient systems and procedures to manage food preparation, service, and inventory.
- Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and other operational expenses.
- Staff Supervision
- Supervise and train a team of food service staff, including cooks, servers, and hosts/hostesses.
- Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
- Quality Control
- Ensure that all food and beverages meet our quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work with the management team to develop and implement customer service initiatives.
- Reporting and Administration
- Prepare and submit regular reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and labor costs.
- Maintain accurate records of staff performance, customer feedback, and other relevant data.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and high-quality food.
