About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Cancom Security. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
    • Provide guidance and training to security personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the daily operations of the security team, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
    • Ensure that all security protocols and procedures are followed and implemented effectively.
    • Monitor and report on security incidents and trends.
  • Client and Employee Relations
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees, ensuring that their security needs are met and exceeded.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
    • Address and resolve any security-related concerns or issues.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related role.
  • Work Setting
