Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Barco. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of HR strategy, programs, and services across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Global HR Business Partners to translate global business needs into local HR action plans and deliverables.
  • Work closely with HR Centers of Expertise to create and deploy innovative HR solutions.
  • Develop and implement HR programs and solutions locally, providing feedback to CoE and HR teams.
  • Establish and monitor HR processes for both blue and white-collar employees throughout the year.
  • Coach people leaders and key talents on career development, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Participate in Global HR Management team meetings to agree on common HR priority agendas, leverage experience and practices across regions, and monitor organization performance.

Specific Areas of Focus:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the interim agency and work closely with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Develop and implement performance management strategies.
  • Drive talent and organizational development initiatives.
  • Design and implement reward management programs.
  • Foster social relations and internal communication within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in a relevant discipline (human resources, social sciences, business management) or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience.
  • Proven experience in operational HR management and knowledge of Belgian social law.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trustful partnerships with internal customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizing, and planning skills.
