Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing winter operations, ensuring the safe and timely completion of projects. The successful candidate will have experience in project management, quality control, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure projects meet company standards.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of staff and sub-contractors, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with stakeholders, including patrollers, supervisors, and clients.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including payroll and winter operations records.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential safety risks, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff and sub-contractors.
  • Performance Management: Participate in the performance and development review process, ensuring alignment with company values and performance pillars.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure all work activities meet client outcome targets and uphold company values.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Experience as a Foreman or Crew Supervisor in a related industry and road construction projects.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer skills.
  • Certifications: Valid DZ driver's license required.
Work Environment

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions. The successful candidate must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds unassisted and wear personal protective equipment as required.
