About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director, Sales to join our team at Caravel Technology & Inspection Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills, resources, and support to meet their sales targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances.
  • Financial Management: Manage sales budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing, and executive leadership.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of sales leadership experience in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
