About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director, Sales to join our team at Caravel Technology & Inspection Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary tools, resources, and support to succeed.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact sales performance.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
