Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of food service staff, ensuring efficient and high-quality meal preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management:
    • Establish and implement work schedules to meet business needs
    • Supervise and coordinate activities of food service staff
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Food Preparation and Service:
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customer complaints or concerns
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
Requirements
  • Education:
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience:
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment
    • Permanent position
    • English language required
    • 40 hours per week
