Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Indian Star Restaurant & Sweet Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking, ensuring optimal supply chain management.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for employees and customers.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job responsibilities.
- Personal Qualities: Demonstrate dependability, excellent oral communication skills, and a strong ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience: Possess at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations and management principles.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
