Electrical Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Harbinger Network Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to be groomed into a top contracting management professional.

About the Role

This is a mid-sized team with very low turnover and one of the best reputations in the commercial and institutional markets. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing commercial and institutional projects from start-up to completion as a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend site visits and meetings to ensure project progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Review plans, specifications, project contracts, and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Take off and submit tenders for projects, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Coordinate activity on sites, ensuring smooth project execution and resolving any site issues that may arise.
  • Maintain and adhere to construction schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5+ years of Electrical contracting experience in the role of estimator, coordinator, or project manager.
  • Demonstrated competency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with Accubid estimating software is an asset.
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret construction plans.
  • Excellent reading and writing skills.
  • Well-organized with the ability to effectively set and manage schedules.
  • Resourceful, energetic, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong team player.
  • Driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites.
