About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Smith + Andersen. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading electrical projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation and control.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with other project managers to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in electrical project management, with a strong background in electrical engineering.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations, including the Ontario Building Code and the Electrical Code.
  • LEED accreditation and experience with sustainable design is an asset.
