Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure efficient project execution.
- Resource Management: Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project requirements.
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans to track progress and manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
- Performance Measurement: Measure project performance using metrics such as timelines, cost, and scope.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Customer Management: Manage working relationships with clients and negotiate additional work items as approved by management.
- Team Management: Identify strengths and weaknesses, recommend training requirements, and evaluate performance of technical staff.
- Safety Management: Ensure employees understand and follow company and regulatory safety policies and practices.
- Financial Management: Participate in branch budget and business plan development, and financial review meetings as required.
- Experience: 5 or more years of proven project management experience in a high-voltage electrical role.
- Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology.
- Skills: Effective communication and negotiating skills, detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision, computer literate, and understanding of financial terminology and statements.
