Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Stonewater Group of Franchises Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
    • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff
    • Provide coaching and feedback to staff to improve performance and achieve goals
    • Manage staff schedules, including hiring and training new staff members
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and have a positive dining experience
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and manage budgets, including forecasting and financial reporting
    • Monitor and control expenses, including labor, inventory, and supplies
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in restaurant management or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential.
