National Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled National Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets and exceed sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a dynamic sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring effective management and consistent revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales performance through coaching, mentoring, and hands-on leadership.
- Build strong relationships with showroom dealers, providing strategies to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular feedback to improve team performance.
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for business growth within the luxury bathroom sector.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team, with a focus on coaching, motivating, and driving performance.
- Strong background in sales pipeline management and a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with a talent for developing long-term partnerships with showroom dealers and influencers.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Experience in bathroom products, interior lighting, home appliances, furnishings, or flooring is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support and manage the national sales team.
- Competitive salary up to $200,000.00 per year.
